THE CHALLENGE

We wanted to take the Royston’s Macbeth project to the next level. Created in collaboration with none other than FAMOUS illustrator Quentin Blake, we took this project beyond the labels to create an experience their clients wouldn’t forget. We did extensive research into different print and presentation methods, being mindful of time, cost and feasibility until we came to the perfect solution that would amplify Royston’s work effectively.

Our design resulted in a saddle stitched booklet that took the reader on a journey of the whiskey and the label creation, giving them a feel for the project beyond the label. We incorporated imagery of the labels in-situ whilst adding spaces for the physical labels to create a tactile and immersive element to the experience. To strengthen the campaign we created additional assets; a Shakespearean inspired letter to add a personal touch for the clients, roller banner for visibility at events along with a range of digital assets so that the campaign could reach people across a multitude of platforms.
